Information Regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus
Symptoms
If you have traveled recently to Wuhan, China, or have been in close contact with a person with or suspected to have the Novel Coronavirus 2019 and are experiencing the below symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately.

Prevention
As with any virus, you can take a number of steps to protect your health and those around you. These everyday habits can help prevent the spread of viruses.

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Get a flu shot.

Cover your cough or sneeze.

Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
-
If someone does become sick with respiratory symptoms like fever and cough, they should stay away from work, school or other people to avoid spreading illness.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

CA Franchise Tax Board
The Franchise Tax Board announced special tax relief for California taxpayers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Affected taxpayers are granted an extension to file 2019 California tax returns and make certain payments to June 15, 2020, for all tax filings and payments due between March 15, 2020, through June 15, 2020.
Community-Based COVID-19 Testing Site (CBTS) at Diamond Stadium

Location of Testing: Diamond Stadium (in Lot C)

Responsible Agency: Riverside University Health System Public Health Department & State of California

When: Began Saturday, March 21 and extending on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future, until supplies or the need is met.

Testing Hours:
Sunday - Thursday
9:30 am.. to 3:00 p.m. (by appointment only, drive-ups without an appointment will be turned away)
Requirements for Testing:
-
You must have symptoms (some of the symptoms include fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose or congestion), or those who have risk of exposure may also be tested, which means exposure to a confirmed case or have traveled to an affected area. AND
-
You must call 800-945-6171 to schedule an appointment. Call wait times may vary. Drive-ups without appointments cannot be accommodated.
Road Closures:
-
In order to accommodate increased traffic related to the Testing Facility, the City will be closing Diamond Drive from Campbell to Malaga Road. In addition, Malaga Road will be closed from Diamond Drive to Pete Lehr Dr. When possible, some of the roadway will be partially reopened. A closure and detour map has been created for the community, particularly residents of the Summerly neighborhood. Pedestrian access will be allowed to the Levee and Summerly Community Park.
